IdealStaffs is looking for a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant – Asset Management.

The aim of this project is to complete the configuration and functionality of the existing Asset Management module to meet the evolving requirements of the Client. Since the original implementation, the organization has expanded beyond a headquarters-based structure to include over 40 offices worldwide, each with assets needing tracking and management for effective oversight. The Administration (ADM) division is responsible for Asset Management.


Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the ICT Solutions Coordinator and the project manager, the Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Completing the security configuration in PeopleSoft to grant access to designated users in country offices (ICOs) for asset management.

  • Activating audit logs on asset-related information.

  • Developing a specific query for ICO active assets.

  • Supporting the business owner during UAT testing, addressing issues promptly or communicating if change requests are not feasible.

  • Documenting the project for technical migration.


Technical Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the PeopleSoft Asset Management module.

  • At least 8 years of professional experience as a PeopleSoft technical expert.

  • Proven experience with PeopleCode (including application packages).

  • Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Tools: Integration Broker, component interfaces, file layouts, web services.

  • Strong reporting skills using SQR and PeopleSoft Query.

  • Experience providing user support.

  • Experience with PeopleTools 8.56 (current system version).


Professional Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.

  • At least 8 years of experience in the implementation and support of large Oracle PeopleSoft projects, in particular Asset Management in Financials 9.X.
