Location:  REMOTE

Duration: 12 months extensible based on performance and budget

Visa sponsorship: Not available

Oncall 24/7: One week per month (rotation is subject to the number of team members)

Required Profile:

Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years of relevant experience

The candidate is expected to have an intermediate level in Identity and Access Management, with at least three years of relevant experience in managing identity and access management solution in large operational environments, including architecting, deploying, and supporting identity services on-prem and in the cloud (AWS, MS Azure and GCP).  

The consultant will work under the supervision of the Cloud identity technical team lead.


Scope of Work / Duties of Consultant:

•       Support on the design, build, implementation, and delivery of scalable Identity solutions to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Identity synchronization, Single Sign-On, Federation and Privileged Identity Management.

•       Analyze, identify, and implement automation and optimization opportunities to enhance identity management.

•       Implement security best practices for identity management systems and federation services, ensuring least privilege access, security policies compliance, and robust identity-based vulnerability management

•       Draft technical documentation on identity services, related procedures, and operations.

•       Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies, assessing their potential for adoption or integration.


Required Technical Skills: 

The resource MUST have the following skills and experience:

•       Strong experience with a broad range of identity technologies, including single sign-on, identity synchronization, directory services, MFA, federation and role-based access control (RBAC)

•       Understanding of specific protocols like SAML & OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.

•       Strong knowledge of Microsoft based identity solutions: Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure AD, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).

•       Strong Knowledge in Network authentication protocols like: LDAP, RADIUS, TACACs, 802.1x

•       Experience with Cloud-Based services (IaaS & PaaS) in public or private cloud providers.

•       Hands-on experience in scripting and programming (PowerShell scripting, C#, etc.).

•       Strong troubleshooting skills;

•       Previous exposure to service management methodologies (ITIL).
