IdealStaffs is seeking an experienced IT System Engineer for Infrastructure Support & Maintenance with a proven track record in managing complex IT infrastructures. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in IT, infrastructure, network, and security, as well as a deep understanding of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory management, virtualization, and more.
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, maintenance, and support of critical infrastructure components, ensuring high availability, redundancy, and security across multi-site data centers. You will also play a key role in managing and troubleshooting various IT systems and coordinating solutions for complex problems.
The candidate should possess certifications such as MCSA - Windows Server 2016 and MCSE - Productivity Solutions Expert, in addition to having security clearance. Proficiency in both English and French (STANAG Level 3) is required to effectively communicate and collaborate in an international environment.

Proven IT experience: 7 years
Infrastructure, network, and security: 5 years
Proficiency with Microsoft OS, Active Directory, and virtualization
Experience in managing RDS farms, datacenter redundancy, and storage area networks
Security expertise, backup technologies, and clustering experience
Certification in MCSA and MCSE
