IdealStaffs is looking for a PeopleSoft HCM and Financials, version 9.2, as the core system for Administrative, Human, and Financial management. This comprehensive setup integrates with various internal and external systems, including an Oracle Data Warehouse, banking solutions, learning management systems, UN security services, and the UN pension fund.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a member of the ERP Solutions team will provide technical expertise to address and resolve user change requests and HCM issues. Key responsibilities include:
Developing change requests and resolving issues, especially in e-Recruitment.
Debugging and providing solutions.
Developing technical solutions, including script updates.
Addressing performance bottlenecks.
Preparing projects and documentation for migration.
Ensuring quality control and documentation management.
Reporting system issues promptly.
Supporting patch application and testing.
Managing integrations and liaising with external stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with security and update policies.
Assisting with audits and internal reviews.
Designing solutions to meet internal audit recommendations.
Providing post go-live support.
Collaborating with developers and other teams for efficient integration.
Technical Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of PeopleSoft experience, with expertise in HCM and e-Recruitment (version 9.X).
Proficiency in PeopleTools 8.5x, PeopleCode, and security components.
Demonstrable problem-solving skills and non-technical user support.
Strong knowledge of developing technical solutions for listed modules in HCM and · problem-solving technical issues and supporting a non- technical user group
Experience with complex workflow creation and integration design with Cloud SaaS solutions
