We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Analyst with a proven track record in IT and business analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business analysis principles, tools, and techniques, and the ability to work on complex projects to drive effective solutions. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes to support the achievement of organizational goals.
Experience Required:
Proven experience in IT: 7 years
Proven experience in business analysis: 7 years
Analysis and Documentation:
Analysis - UML Modeling: 7 years
Enterprise Architect (or similar product): 5 years
Writing of Documentation (BPM, BPMN, UC, TC, ...): 7 years
Databases:
SQL Server 2016
Tables: 3 years
Views: 3 years
Queries: 3 years
Transact-SQL: 3 years
SQL Server Management Studio: 3 years
Additional Skills:
XML/XMI/XSLT: 1 year

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
Conduct thorough business analysis, utilizing UML modeling and other relevant techniques.
Utilize Enterprise Architect or similar tools to create and maintain documentation.
Write clear and comprehensive documentation, including Business Process Models (BPM), Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Use Cases (UC), Test Cases (TC), and more.
Work with SQL Server 2016 databases, including tables, views, queries, and Transact-SQL.
Effectively use SQL Server Management Studio for database management.
Handle XML, XMI, and XSLT as required.
Contribute to application lifecycle management and logistics-related projects.
Maintain and update certifications in Enterprise Architect or similar tools.
