IdealStaffs Consulting is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our client's newly launched Salesforce team. Join them on a bold, new journey to establish their presence in the LCAP market. The ideal candidate will design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce Platform based on business requirements and will have the chance to apply their knowledge and quickly familiarize themselves with a range of exciting technologies on the Salesforce Platform.

Focus on successful project implementation and participation throughout the complete software development lifecycle, including the design and architectural decisions. Also on the software’s quality through peer reviews, refactoring, continuous integration, and deployment.


  • 2+ years of hands-on software development experience and at least 1 year of experience in Salesforce projects

  • Know/apply knowledge of the Salesforce Platform

  • Experience in working with web technologies, such as JavaScript, JQuery/AngularJS/Bootstrap, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS

  • Databases knowledge

  • OOP knowledge

  • Experience with development using version control and release management

  • Understanding of general business processes

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

  • Focused on code quality and high development standards

  • Can-do attitude

  • Good command of English


  • Work with other team members through the whole development process

  • Promote and maintain good relationships with clients and internal IT team members to meet expected client service levels.

  • Contribute to building custom solutions for clients using the Salesforce Platform, mostly Apex and Visualforce but also HTML, CSS, JavaScript to create custom pages, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs.

  • Code testing and manual testing

  • Handle or helping with code deployment to Production

  • Perform integration with other systems using web services

  • Manage enhancements and maintenance tasks for existing projects

  • Review test cases received from the QA team and provide feedback

  • Design different Web pages using Force.com Sites to capture data from external users

  • Manage Users, Profiles, Roles, Permission sets, Groups and Queues in the association

  • Develop custom UI (e.g., using CSS, HTML, Visualforce components and used jQuery, JavaScript for front-end validation. Designed JavaScript buttons for custom business processes)
