IdealStaffs Consulting is looking for an Automatization Specialist that must have experience on software development and the design and implementation software solutions,

preferably related to the automation of processes with configuration

management tools. The candidate will also be responsible for the maintenance

and enhancement of the software components which are part of the platform

supporting the automation of on-premises tasks.

Role Duties:

  • Design, develop, maintain and document the software components of the automation platform

  • Enforce best practices for development and documentation of software solutions

  • Design, develop, maintain and document software solutions for automating platform-related and end-to-end processes

  • Liaise with internal automation, support and technical teams for the implementation and review of automation solutions

  • Assist in the integration of automation related data and processes with internal and customer-facing software systems

  • Provide “stand-by” services during weekends, holidays and outside normal working hours as required

  • Perform other duties as required

Required Technical Skills:


  • Extensive knowledge of software design and development practices

  • Extensive knowledge of programming languages and techniques

  • Good understanding of configuration management processes and tools

  • Knowledge in CI/CD best practices for fully automated integration, deployment and testing

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Knowledge of automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)



  • At least 5 years of experience in software development

  • Coaching and/or supervision of internal development or automation teams

  • Usage and configuration of CI/CD pipelines

  • One or more of the following languages: C#, SQL, Python, Java


  • Automation of automation solutions with Ansible

  • Setting up of automation platforms and CI/CD pipelines

  • Integration of data and processes

  • Analysis and design of software solutions

  • Testing automation



  • Software design and development related


  • Linux and/or Windows System Administration

  • Network Administration

  • Configuration management and automation tools
